Derek and I are back in California for the week and it feels good. It has been raining pretty much non-stop since we got here but we can't complain since California desperately needed it. There is also something so beautiful about the rain. It makes everything look even more green and lush. We are staying with my parents who have an awesome view of the trees and a creek from their balcony. It is so nice to just sit and listen to the rain.
